version 1.0 — effective 20/07/2026
These Ticket Purchase Terms apply when you browse, reserve, purchase, receive or use tickets through kryptickets.co.uk.
Please read these Terms carefully before buying tickets. By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply between Kryptickets, whose office is at 35 Carlyle Street, Abertillery, NP13 1UE, trading through kryptickets.co.uk; and you, the person buying, receiving or using a ticket through the Website.
In these Terms:
Kryptickets provides a ticket booking and event promotion platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kryptickets is not the organiser, owner, promoter, venue, performer, artist, producer, sponsor or operator of the Event.
The Promoter is responsible for organising, managing and delivering the Event, including:
Kryptickets is responsible for providing the Website, processing your booking, issuing your Ticket, collecting payment and providing booking-related customer support.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Event information is provided by the Promoter. We take reasonable steps to display Event information clearly, but we do not independently verify every detail supplied by Promoters.
You should carefully check all Event information before placing an order, including: Event name, date, start time, last entry time, venue, age restrictions, ID requirements, ticket type, accessibility information, restrictions on entry, refund information, prohibited items, dress code, if any, and any other conditions stated on the Event page.
If you are unsure whether an Event is suitable for you, you should contact us before purchasing.
Event images, posters, descriptions and promotional materials are provided for information and marketing purposes. They may not show the exact venue layout, production, facilities, crowd size, performers or final Event arrangements.
Ticket prices are set by the Promoter.
Kryptickets charges a Booking Fee for the use of the Website and ticketing service. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, the Booking Fee is 1.5% of the transaction value plus £1.20, charged in addition to the Ticket face value unless shown as included in the total price.
We will show you the price payable before you complete your order. You are responsible for checking the total amount payable before placing your order.
The Booking Fee is retained by Kryptickets and is non-refundable except where:
If an Event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed by the Promoter, the Promoter is responsible for refunding the Ticket face value where a refund is due. The Booking Fee will not usually be refunded.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Where VAT applies, prices will be shown inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy Tickets through the Website.
If you buy Tickets for someone else, you are responsible for making sure they are aware of and comply with these Terms and any Event-specific terms.
To place an order, you must follow the checkout process on the Website. Before submitting your order, you must check that all details are correct, including the Event, date, venue, Ticket type, number of Tickets, price, Booking Fee, your name, your email address, and any other information requested during checkout.
Once you submit your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Tickets. Your order is accepted only when we send you a booking confirmation or Ticket.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
If we cancel your order before Tickets are issued, we will refund the amount paid unless we are entitled to withhold it because of fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full card details unless expressly stated and lawfully handled through a secure payment provider.
Your payment may be subject to checks by us, our payment provider, your card issuer, your bank or fraud prevention providers.
If your payment is reversed, charged back, cancelled or disputed, we may cancel your Ticket and refuse entry. You must not make a false payment dispute or chargeback — if you make a chargeback where you are not entitled to do so, we may recover our reasonable costs and losses from you.
Tickets will usually be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout or made available through your Kryptickets account. You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
We are not responsible if you do not receive Tickets because you entered an incorrect email address, your inbox is full, the email goes to spam or junk, your email provider blocks our email, you lose access to your email account, your device or internet connection fails, or you fail to follow our instructions.
If you do not receive your Ticket within a reasonable time, you should contact us before the Event.
You must keep your Ticket safe. Anyone with access to your Ticket may be able to use it. We are not responsible if your Ticket is lost, copied, shared, stolen or used by someone else.
We may, but are not obliged to, reissue a Ticket where we reasonably believe you are the genuine purchaser.
A Ticket gives the holder the right to attend the Event stated on the Ticket, subject to these Terms and the Event-specific terms. A Ticket is valid only for the Event, date, time, venue and ticket type stated on it.
You must not:
We and/or the Promoter may cancel a Ticket if we reasonably suspect fraud, duplication, unauthorised resale, misuse or breach of these Terms. If a Ticket is cancelled because of your breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Entry to the Event is controlled by the Promoter and/or venue. You must comply with all Event rules, venue rules, security instructions and lawful requests from Event staff.
You may be refused entry or removed from an Event if:
Kryptickets is not responsible for refusal of entry by the Promoter or venue unless the refusal is caused by our material error. If you are refused entry because of your own act, omission or breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
You are responsible for checking travel, accommodation, last entry and Event timing before attending.
Some Events are age restricted. Age restrictions are set by the Promoter and/or venue — you must check the Event page before buying.
If ID is required, you must bring valid photographic ID. If you fail to meet the age restriction or cannot provide required ID, you may be refused entry and will not be entitled to a refund.
Kryptickets is not responsible for checking your age before purchase unless expressly required by law.
Accessibility arrangements are the responsibility of the Promoter and/or venue. We encourage Promoters to provide accessibility information on Event pages.
If you have accessibility requirements, you should check the Event page and contact us or the Promoter before purchasing. Kryptickets is not responsible for venue accessibility unless the issue is caused by our material error.
Events may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated or materially changed. A material change may include:
If we are told by the Promoter that an Event has been cancelled, postponed or materially changed, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers using the contact details provided at purchase. We are not responsible if you do not receive a notification because your contact details are incorrect, out of date or inaccessible.
If an Event is cancelled, the Promoter will usually be responsible for refunding the Ticket face value. If an Event is postponed or materially changed, the Promoter may offer you a Ticket for the rescheduled Event, a ticket transfer, a refund of the Ticket face value, or another remedy.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable except where clause 4.8 applies.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, food, drink, parking, childcare, clothing, lost earnings or other costs you incur in connection with an Event unless required by law.
Where a refund is due, refunds will usually be made to the original payment method. Refund times may depend on payment provider and banking processes.
Tickets are for leisure, entertainment or event services taking place on a specific date or during a specific period. This means you do not usually have a 14-day right to cancel or change your mind after buying Tickets.
You should not buy Tickets unless you are sure you can attend. This does not affect any refund rights you may have if an Event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, misdescribed or not provided.
Refunds are governed by these Terms and our Refund Policy below. Unless required by law or stated otherwise:
Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with the Refund Policy. We may need to refer refund requests to the Promoter, who is responsible for funding Ticket face value refunds where the refund relates to the Event.
We may refuse refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, late, unsupported or contrary to these Terms.
Tickets may only be transferred or resold if the Event page or Promoter allows it. You must not resell Tickets:
We may cancel Tickets we reasonably believe have been resold or transferred unlawfully or in breach of these Terms. Kryptickets is not responsible for Tickets bought from third parties or unauthorised sellers — if you buy a Ticket from someone else, you do so at your own risk.
You must behave lawfully, safely and respectfully at Events. You must not:
If you breach this clause, you may be refused entry or removed without refund.
You must use the Website lawfully. You must not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Website’s operation, upload malware, scrape, copy or harvest data, create fake accounts, make fraudulent bookings, abuse customer support staff, attempt to bypass security measures, use automated purchasing tools or bots, or use the Website in a way that harms Kryptickets, Promoters or other users.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms.
Some Events may be promoted, sponsored, featured, recommended or given enhanced placement on the Website. A sponsored or featured placement does not mean Kryptickets organises, endorses, guarantees or recommends the Event.
Event ranking, search results, recommendations and featured placements may be influenced by sales, popularity, location, date, category, commercial arrangements, sponsored placements, editorial choices or other factors.
We may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments or other content. You must not submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, spam, infringing or otherwise inappropriate, including fake reviews or reviews that are incentivised without disclosure.
We may remove, moderate or refuse to publish user content at any time. By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, edit and publish that content in connection with the Website and our business.
The Website, brand, design, software, content, technology and materials owned by Kryptickets are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the Website for personal ticket purchasing only.
You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent. Event Content may be owned by Promoters or third parties — you must not use it without permission.
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
We may share limited booking and attendance data with the Promoter where necessary for Event fulfilment, admission, customer service, refunds, safety and legal compliance. The Promoter may also process your personal data as an independent controller — you should read any privacy information provided by the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and any rights you have under consumer law.
We are not responsible for the Event itself unless the issue is caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for:
We provide the Website with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
Subject to the paragraph above on statutory rights, our total liability to you for any booking will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for that booking.
If you have a complaint about your booking or the Website, please contact us at krypticket01@gmail.com. If your complaint relates to the Event itself, we may refer it to the Promoter. We will aim to respond to complaints within a reasonable time.
To help us deal with your complaint, please provide your name, booking reference, Event name, email address used for booking, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your Ticket purchase will usually be the Terms in force when your order is accepted.
We may make changes that apply to existing bookings where required by law, regulator, security, payment provider, technical necessity or to correct obvious errors, provided the change does not materially reduce your rights.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms except in connection with a permitted Ticket transfer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland or England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or England and Wales.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Tickets purchased through kryptickets.co.uk. This Policy forms part of our Buyer Terms / Ticket Purchase Terms above. Please read this Policy before purchasing Tickets.
Kryptickets is a ticket booking platform. The Promoter is responsible for organising and delivering the Event, and is responsible for refunds of the Ticket face value where a refund is due because of the Event.
Kryptickets is responsible for processing refunds where appropriate and where funds are available or provided by the Promoter.
Tickets are usually for leisure, entertainment or event services taking place on a specific date or during a specific period. This means you do not usually have a 14-day right to cancel or change your mind after buying Tickets.
Please check the Event, date, venue, age restriction, Ticket type and price carefully before buying.
Unless required by law or approved by the Promoter, refunds are not usually available where:
If an Event is cancelled, you will usually be entitled to a refund of the Ticket face value. The Booking Fee is non-refundable except where applicable law requires us to refund it, Kryptickets made a material error in processing your booking, Kryptickets cancels your booking because of its own fault, or Kryptickets decides to refund it as a goodwill gesture.
Refunds for cancelled Events are funded by the Promoter. We may need to receive funds or authorisation from the Promoter before processing refunds.
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your Ticket may remain valid for the new date. The Promoter may offer attendance on the new date, a ticket transfer, a refund of the Ticket face value, or another remedy.
If you cannot attend the new date, you should submit a refund request within the timeframe stated in the Event update. The Booking Fee is non-refundable except where clause 5.2 above applies.
If an Event is materially changed, you may be entitled to a refund of the Ticket face value. A material change may include change of date, change of venue, significant change to headline artist or advertised line-up, significant change to Event duration, significant change to age restriction, cancellation of a material advertised attraction, or any other change that materially affects the Event.
Minor changes will not usually entitle you to a refund. Minor changes may include changes to support acts, running order, set times, production, facilities or non-material advertised features.
Refunds are not usually available if you are refused entry because you arrive after last entry, fail to provide required ID, do not meet the age restriction, your Ticket has already been used, your Ticket is invalid because it was copied, altered or obtained through an unauthorised source, you are intoxicated, you behave inappropriately, you breach venue or Event rules, you bring prohibited items, or the Promoter or venue has another lawful reason to refuse entry.
If you believe you were wrongly refused entry, please contact us with evidence. We may refer the issue to the Promoter.
The Booking Fee is charged by Kryptickets for use of the Website and ticketing service, and is retained by Kryptickets. The Booking Fee is non-refundable except where applicable law requires us to refund it, Kryptickets made a material error in processing your booking, Kryptickets cancels your booking because of its own fault, or Kryptickets decides to refund it as a goodwill gesture.
To request a refund, contact us at krypticket01@gmail.com. Your request should include your name, booking reference, Event name, email address used for purchase, reason for the refund request, supporting evidence, if relevant, and any other information we reasonably request.
Refund requests must be made promptly. For postponed, rescheduled or materially changed Events, you must submit your request within the deadline stated in the Event update. Late requests may be refused.
Approved refunds will usually be made to the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on banks, card issuers and payment providers.
If your original payment method is no longer available, we may ask for further information or use another lawful refund method. We may refuse to process a refund to a different person or payment method if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. If you raise a chargeback that is incorrect, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms, we may cancel your Ticket and recover our reasonable losses and costs.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights. If you are legally entitled to a refund, we will not use this Policy to deny that refund.
